SRM – Business Management
The Business Management Services defines the set of capabilities that support the management of business functions and organisational activities that maintain continuity across the business and value-chain participants. The Business Management Services Domain represents those capabilities and services that are necessary for projects, programmes and planning within a business operation to be successfully managed.

Multi-media | Support the representation of information in more than one form to include text, audio, graphics, animated graphics and full motion video |
Geospatial, Mapping and Location (GPS) | Provide for the representation of position information through the use of attributes such as elevation and latitude and longitude coordinates |
Review and Approval | Supports decision related graphical representations used by marketing, sales, management and executives - often represented in dashboards, scorecards and presentation material |
Computer Aided Design (CAD/CAM) | Supports the design of products with computers, design stations, rendering techniques, 3D models and other related computer-assisted software technologies. |
Streaming | Support the transport of imagery such as video, presentations, audio, conferencing and multicast technologies. |
Casting | Supports the distribution of imagery video third-party or internal content publication and subscription sources. |

Conversion and Transformational | Provides the ability to aggregate information into different forms to support various transformations in support of OLAP, CQL, SRU and other technologies used in analytical process. |
Content Recognition | The ability to dynamically interpret information based on the content provided as part of query, extract and/or other data mining exercise. |
